Please excuse our appearance while we update our schedule for the summer semester!

 

Tutoring on the Camden Campus has been temporarily relocated to the E-Village in the CTC!

 

The last day of full tutoring availability for the spring semester is Friday, May 9th. Limited tutoring will be available for select subjects.

  • The Tutoring Center is here for you and committed to your academic success. We know that achieving your academic goals can be challenging, so let us help you!
  • Our tutors are excited to assist you with your coursework, answer questions about homework and test preparation. We encourage you to make an appointment or drop in for a session.
  • We provide FREE on campus tutoring and virtual tutoring with CCC tutors.
  •  Virtual tutoring via ThinkingStorm is also available. All students receive 5 hours of ThinkingStorm tutoring per semester. 
  • Please note that all tutoring is group tutoring - one on one sessions are not guaranteed.

Accessing Tutoring Services

Accessing Tutoring Services

  1. Log in to Canvas.
  2. Select one of your courses in Canvas.
  3. On the left side of the screen, click "Tutoring Services" in the course menu.
  4. To make an appointment, select the appointment scheduling option. Please note: Appointments are not required but are recommened.
    1. To make an appointment on campus or online with a CCC tutor, select "Start with Camden County College Tutoring".
    2. To schedule an online appointment with an external ThinkingStorm tutor, select "Start with ThinkingStorm Tutoring".
  5. If you are on campus and are checking in, select "On Campus Check-In/Out for In-Person Services"

  • Blackwood Campus, Wolverton Building, Learning Commons, 2nd floor
  • Camden Campus, College Hall, Student Learning Center, Room 508
  • Virtual tutoring available via ThinkingStorm

Expectations

Student Expectations

  • All students must check-in electronically through the Tutoring Services link on Canvas for each session.
  • At the end of the session students must check-out following the same process.
  • Tutoring occurs in groups of five or less - one on one appointments cannot be provided at this time
  • Students are expected to bring class materials to their sessions (e.g. textbook, notes, drafts etc.)
  • Beverages and non-messy snacks are permitted at the Blackwood location. 
  • Beverages with lids are permitted at the Camden location. Food is prohibited.
